I have used Samm's for 20+ years and have never been disappointed. Karl did a great job again... and even though he found an "issue", he explained why it needed to be fixed "now rather than later" and the problem is gone.

Seems I had a rodent family decide to use my outside unit as home. They chewed threw a wire and made a mess of things. Victor Castro showed up and was very professional and not only helped me displace the intruders (family of 4) he was able to get us up and cooling in no time. We did have some excitement trying to get the critters to find a new home but we wont talk about that, right Victor :) Overall another great service call and all expectations were exceeded.
