I sent an email last evening, 12/22, requesting Heating service. Our heater was not being consistent with heat blowing (and holidays are just a few days away.). At 11:00pm on Sat. eve I received a call from Karl Panyko (within 3 minutes of my email.) He scheduled to come out on Sunday, came equipped with parts, replaced the blower in about 1.5 hrs. Samms' is absolutely a dream to work with. Emilio worked with me to get us exactly what we needed, including personally driving across the metroplex to get a thermostat that they didn't stock. I have a duplex where its a single story two unit system. I had property serviced before and set on yearly service contract. They sent a nice technician to service and only scheduled one unit. Inconveniently had to reschedule a second appointment on other unit. Service person showed up to service 2nd unit with no notice. Was quoted a price during first service appointment for the second unit. When returning at an inconvenient time and with no notice was overcharged for second appointment.
