RecommendedI found Samm's Heating and Air on Google and then went to their website. I got a pop up IM request and started chatting with Gabriel on line. After explaining what was going on, Gabriel had Marcus give me a call. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Marcus came out and inspected my system and discovered the A coil was frozen over. We are getting things ready to sell our house. We have called Samms out to help. They got the job done quick and no mess left at home site. Great servicemen too and on time arrival.

I had three opinions concerning a problem with dripping vents in my ceiling. Karl spent a great deal of time assessing the problem. He gave me great advice and instructions on how to fix the problem. He went beyond what anyone else had done, ever! Even though I have a home warranty that will cover my A/C expenses, I will call Samm's from now. I was greatly impressed with Karl Panyko who told me more than I ever knew about my A/C. I am grateful. Cost very affordable also!
