Very satisfied Samm's responded quickly and took care of us. Technician Tim S. was very persistent in finding out what was wrong with our system and we felt he really cared about fixing our AC system as quick as he could.
We were so grateful for Tim's help Tuesday night, even at a late hour. Tim had the parts needed and got us back in service quickly, long after dark. He was businesslike and professional, knowing just what to do and believe me, he was most appreciated.
Over and Above Karl from Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning did a routine service call (part of their yearly service plan which I highly recommend) on one of our rental houses. After completing the check of the attic equipment, he started a check of the outside unit. When I caught up with him outside, he was upside down, legs sticking out of the top of the unit.
