Ask for Marcus! Amazingly thoughtful and knowledgeable AC technician. New to Samms Heating family of clients. We have a very unique, sensitive "Clean Effects" AC unit that came with the house we purchased. Requires a different set of maintenance not every company can handle. Samms can! Thoroughly recommend them.
We've been using Samm's for several years and have plans to continue having them as our service representative. Recently Marcus noted that our unit did not have a surge protector device installed that would save our unit from serious damage due to a lightning strike our power surge. If this was to happen we would have been faced with a huge repair bill. The cost to install this device was minimal compared to the cost of repairs to the unit if a power surge occurred. I just can't say enough about the folks at Samm's H and AC. I called them up after the home warranty refused to do anything about our air conditioner. Misty is a great person to deal with on the phone - what I call small town friendly - which you don't get very often in the Metroplex. Karl came out (the same day) and provided some dead on info and then didn't charge me for the service call.
