He explained the options thoroughly and listened to my concerns and priorities.
Very nice and very informative
Dr Puri is professional, thorough and professional. He asked me questions, listened and explained options available to me. My main problem was my wait time. I arrived at 7:35 for an 7:45 appointment. I was obviously the first patient because the receptionist were not at their desks or have their computers up. 4 other patients were called back before I was at 8:25. I was impressed by his organization and ability to quickly reference back to my appointment last year. He read the X-rays and came up with a solution for two problems I was having, one requiring an injection and the other physical therapy. He inspires confidence and I would give him my highest recommendation.
Quick, experience was good.Staff was helpful and made me feel comfortable. Everything explained, next steps and when a treatment diagnosis would be completed.
Spent a little touch much time waiting after check-in to the time the doctor came in.
Dr Puri took his time and explained every step of the process. He was very knowledgeable and actually listened.
Dr. Puri was very pleasant and explained my problem with my elbow and wrist. He examined my left arm very thoroughly and made me do several exercises to see if I could do them without pain. He said I would need surgery to improve the numbness and pain in my left arm. Explained the surgery and told me what he would be doing to fix the problem. Felt very confident about him and the surgery.
