I was referred to Dr. Puri for a relatively complex procedure due to a previously broken wrist. I appreciated his thorough initial counsel, explaining the options and risks. The surgery went well. I am finally free of pain and have excellent range of motion. Highly recommend.
My 10 year old son was diagnosed with a “buckle fracture” of his left radius and a stress fracture in the ulna growth plate. After two weeks we took him in for a second opinion to a competent doctor who x-rayed him again and found the wrist had shifted to 27 degrees from straight. Buckle fractures are supposed to be stable. He went in for surgery the following day. Good news though, Dr. Puri and Loyola are still going to make us pay for their misdiagnosis and mistreatment! Stand up guy!
Dr. Puri was very comforting and took the time to explain everything to me. He was referred to me by another hand surgeon who doesn't do similar cases, so I think he has a very good reputation. I was nervous but I am regaining use of my hand and have regular follow ups and PT.
