While I could have been upset that my appointment was at 10:15 AM and I didn’t get to talk to Dr. Puri for about an hour…. What I could hear was him taking his time working with a patient over the phone explaining all of the options that they had with regard to surgery and getting to feel better. And I found that to be an awesome trait for a doctor. In the long run, I would want him taking that time with me as well if I had questions. He took the time to explain my questions. Something community hospital doctors find unnecessary.Offered me a reason as to where my cortisone shot goes. Again, another reason not to go to community hospital doctors in central Indiana. They never bothered to offer me any options. Just whatever they chose for me, regardless of my needs! I heard a couple of his patients praising his help for them, while I was in the waiting room for the time. Waiting for my appointment. They Really like him. As I do now.
The Dr. showed me a better view of my wrist fracture & I was able to understand everything that he told me.

Dr. Puri treated my son with an in-office procedure today, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we received. From start to finish, Dr. Puri was professional, compassionate, and extremely skilled. My son felt comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure, thanks to the doctor’s reassuring demeanor and expertise. The results were fantastic, and we are incredibly grateful for the outstanding treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Puri for anyone in need of top-notch hand surgery care!
He is very thorough and explains everything so you understand what is wrong and my options to help and fix the problem. He is kind and gentle and cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a hand specialist.
