Package a little late
Rich was great. I called him as 7:30 AM and he helped me figure out the best way for me to get something from Santa Nella to Oakland overnight. We ended up having him pick up what I needed and dropping it off at his local UPS store (his suggestion) where I set up overnight shipping over the phone since this option was $200 cheaper than having him drive all the way up to Oakland. Super responsive, helpful, and he didn't even try to upsell me! 100% recommend his services.
Great company to due business with. Very prompt and reliable. They picked up and delivered my laptop that was left at my doctors office and delivered it directly to my home in San Francisco. As promised they delivered it with no other stops.
