The service was great, technician was professional and knowledgeable. the pricing was however not good at all. I was fully aware of the 59.99 Sunday charge, not a problem. they charged 50 bucks for a 12 dollar part and an additional 145 in labor to replace it when it only took about 5 minutes. I think the"standard labor charge" needs to be looked at and adjusted to be more reasonable for smaller quicker replacement parts. I will never call them again because of this.
RecommendedCould not believe a bright young man arrived on July 4th! He was polite, professional in demeanor, and knowledgeable of the JennAir oven. Charge was not doubled for the holiday call-out. Highly recommend this company.
The technician was at my house within 15 MINUTES of my phone call. He had the part, the price was good and the work don't quickly and correctly.
I’m very impressed with the honesty and exceptional customer service Felix provided. I will definitely be using Same Day again and specifically requesting Felix. *As an employer I know good staff is hard to come by so this guy should get a raise.
Dimitri was our technician, he was very pleasant and informative. He explained everything clearly followed through on his word. When he came to do the repair (part had to be ordered) he had it finished quickly and cleanly. Super satisfied with his work. Dealing with the front office was a great experience as well. Mercedes was most helpful answering my annoying questions and putting my mind at ease. She was very professional and made follow up calls to make sure things were done. I have used Same Day Appliance for years at my home and my rental property. They are always on time, courteous and efficient. I would recommend them highly. They have repaired my Subzero refrigerator, my under the counter Whirlpool ice maker, my 15 year old DCS double oven and range, and my Whirlpool dryer. Their follow-up is great too.
I was disappointed with the lack of information the service man had, I feel that of you are in this line of work and claim to work with all of the brands you claim to you should know that most if not all have very long warranties on all parts concealed like compressors and motors and condensers etc... and tell the customer not just quote a price. Yes I think it is your job to infor someone that they should check specially since doesn’t realize these amazing warranties are standard !!!!
