RecommendedI 100% recommend this Company! Called them first thing Monday morning, December 28th for a GE freezer that wasn’t freezing. The technician arrived hours later and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Part available and he’d be back the following day to fix the freezer fan that was out. He didn’t arrive the next day but did the following day, Wednesday, December 30th. Unfortunately, the replacement fan was defective, but quickly found another one and ran to get it. Quick and efficient service. Right on time.
My fridge stopped cooling after Hurricane Laura came through and knocked out our electricity for several days. Same Day Appliance Repair came out the next day and gave me a free estimate to fix and ordered parts and was back within 5 days to repair. works great now!
Weeks to get the part in and no calls or follow up. Service person missed appointment completely without a call, after taking off work to be home for the repair. Disconnected on phone after being on hold 20 minutes. No manager to be found. Asked repeatedly to speak to manager...still haven’t talked to one. I’ve already posted a review to avoid this business on my neighborhood page as well. Very disappointing service.
Donovan was the technician that came out to my home to work on my washer! The washer continued to have problems so Donovan and another technician picked up my washer and worked on it in the shop! Through their wonderful teamwork, our washer is working again! Hallelujah! Thank you Same Day Appliance Repair Houston! Thanks, also to the owner! You have professional and polite employees!

Showed up. I had to pay $59.00 then tried to sell me a new stove. After missing the appointment time and having to make calls. Total SCAM beware and stay away!
