John Williams, our repairmen, arrived on time, was friendly and quick. He immediately made the repair and gave us a few recommendations. I had previously used another company that had already come out twice and failed to make the correct repairs.

I called and was able to get someone to come by and look at my refrigerator within 2 hours. I was so grateful as we were leaving town the next day. He was able to nearly detect the issue upon entry and went to work to confirm. He was kind, nice and thorough and gave us the diagnosis quickly. The price he quoted seemed quite fair for parts and his labor. I am happy that my fridge is working again and I still have money in my pocket. Praise Jesus! Thanks so much! JP
Wish I had read reviews before calling. Wanted to charge me almost double the cost of the replacement part, plus labor + service fee. I've now ordered the part online and will pay someone else to install and it will still cost less.....Since originally posting, I've discovered through Samsung that the Motor for my Dryer has a 10 year Warranty and this company should have known that since they told me they were Samsung Certified, or perhaps they did and just wanted to charge me $230.00 for a part that would me cost -0-, and n... read more
I used this company last year to fix my dryer and two months later is broke with the same exact problem. Called back and the guy said he fixed it and should be good for a long time. Needless to say, the day after my year warranty expired, it broke down again. I would have written an testimonial on their page but I saw they don't allow for open testimonials (wonder why). If you don't want to have to call again and again, or pay for the same problem twice, I would recommend another company.
Fermin the service tech arrived on time, gave me a reasonable price quote, had what he needed in his truck, fixed my gas stove, and kept working until he was sure all was well. I will use this company again ... well I hope not, but if I need to I will!
Sam was extremely knowledgable and very courteous. Our Jenn-Aire refrigerator is now good to go all in less than 30 min. I highly recommend this company and their services!
Same Day Appliance repair was just as advertised. Sam showed up ontime, and quickly assessed the problem. He gave us very fair quote. He had to leave to get the correct parts but quickly returned and completed the repair. I will definately call them again and recommend them to everyone!
