We can't say enough about how wonderful Samantha was through the process of Short Sale on our home in Fresno while we were living in Phoenix, Arizona! We were blessed to have found her. Samantha was so patient. We must have looked at a hundred different houses before we found the perfect one. She was very helpful in dealing with a difficult seller and a tight closing date. Samantha closely monitored every step of the process. We wouldn't be a our perfect house with out her!

Samantha is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to help make a sale. She was willing to meet me at my convenience, and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. If she wasn't sure of the answer to a question, she would look it up and get back to me rather than feed me a line of bull! She kept in near-constant contact via phone, email, and text message when it was necessary. The bottom line is this: I wish every Realtor out there was as good as she is!
