Samantha was AWESOME!!! This has been one of the best and easiest transition on selling our home. Samantha is responsive and very quick to respond when you contact or need her. She was also very helpful in keeping us up to date on all the showings of our home.

Historically, I have three housing transactions that Samantha has handled for me, and I cannot say enough about how helpful and knowledgable she is in real estate. What has really made me a return customer of Samantha's, is how easy she is to work with, and accommodating when it comes to trying to schedule me in, whether showing me property or just discussing whatever the topic happens to be at hand. Samantha also has exceptional references when I've needed good referrals for work that has needed to be done.

Samantha worked with my wife and me to try to find our new home. She was extremely responsive and professional. Within hours of making contact with us she had set up a personal portal to fed us new listings that met our personal preferences. Sam met with us after work multiple nights a week to help us look at as many properties as we could. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and if you chose to work with her you will not be disappointed. I only gave her 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option.

I can not say enough good things about Samantha if you are looking for a qualified Realtor, she is your person. I recently had purchased my first home and Samantha was there to help me through the process every step of the way. She made the search for my house less complicated and was very helpful navigating through all the paper work. During the walk through she found several things that needed to be repaired that I might have missed and had them fixed before I moved in. She was very helpful and kept looking and helping negotiate until the right house came along we chose. She was very knowledgable and had great relationships with the different mortgage companies which helped with some pull when going up against other offers.
