We fell in love with Sam the first time we ment her. She always has a smile on her face and will do anything she can to find you the house that fits your need. While living in the bay area, I purchased investment property in Fresno. Samantha acted as my eyes and ears for the entire transaction. She went above and beyond and sought additional information/clarification as the property was an "as-is" purchase and in need of a serious renovations.
