Both me an my wife , Highly recommend Samantha Marx! When we were inthe process of looking for a home here in Fresno Ca. I ask'd For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom an a lot of trees . It only took Samantha 1 1/2 wks too locate the perfect fit for us . Can she deliver ! The home was equipped with handicap rails ! We were first-time buyers and Samantha not only helped navigate our experience, but she made home buying a fun experience. She is extremely knowledgeable on home buying, lending, and bidding and had we contracted another realtor, I truly don't believe we would have ended up in our dream home. Samantha helped us sell our home very quickly! She was very knowledgable in what we needed to do prior to listing. Whenever we had questions, if she was unable to answer our phone calls or emails immediately, she responded to our messages soon after receiving them. Samantha was very personable, yet professional.
