Very bad experience with sam properties . Iam giving one star only because there is no option to give zero.
Sam Properties has been exceptional, consistently demonstrating attentiveness, quick responses, and outstanding efficiency. I left the apartment spotless and had no deductions on my deposit, which was greatly appreciated. The caretaker was always attentive to any repairs, management, and other needs, ensuring a seamless experience. Highly recommended!
I gave one star only because there is no option forZERO stars. They are incredibly greedy DEVIL, unjustly deducting all your deposits for no valid reason. On top of that, they provide poor room conditions to the next tenant. Worst experience since I came to the UK for years with Sam! These people have no sense of nobility and integrity.
I would not recommend this agency (and their building named Tatton House) at all, it’s overpriced (good thing is bills included & it’s warm to be fair but they keep increasing their prices unjustifiably!), noisy & the management team has zero knowledge about customer service. I didn’t feel I was respected during my stay & had a hell of a time for these reasons: 1-No SOUNDPROOFING system whatsoever in the building. It’s many flats in a small building. A complete scam. Please, if you're coming to Manchester for Erasmus, do not contact this company because they will scam you, and then, to cancel the rental contract, they will demand a penalty of 600 euros. Additionally, I received racist treatment from the employee Jessica because I am Spanish and don't speak English very well
