Unfortunately I’m editing my review to a 1 star based on the poor service I have recently received. Sam has carpeted 2 whole houses for me in Berkshire and at the time I was very pleased. I asked him to return to do 2 small repairs in one property. After lots of phone calls (he never answers his phone & has no voicemail facility so you are unable to leave a message) and lots of WhatsApp chasing he agreed to visit on a certain date & time (I will be there Monday at 10am 💯 were his actual words).
