I have been having treatment from Claire Ridout for my shoulder for 6 weeks; over that time I have gone from years of daily pain in my shoulder, a stiff neck and sensations down my arm, to being mostly pain and symptom-free. Now, all I have to cope with is a stiff neck some mornings - possibly due to the position I’ve slept in, which I can relieve by simple stretching. I have suffered with sever eczema all my life and Claire not only provided great tips and lifestyle changes to help me cure the eczema, but also emotional support and friendly welcoming atmosphere.
