I called 8:00 in the morning was told there is no appointment. I was really disappointed. Staff was rude. I then asked to speak to manager was told she is not in. I was told she will call me back i am still waiting for a call! Disgusting management and staff are not helpful at all. You never get appointments in this surgery. I came into surgery asked for the manager was told she is in a meeting. And my wife saw her going out the back door. I have never seen a disgusting surgery in my life. This Gp is one of the worst ever I have come across these people. They should shut down for not giving a proper customer service, they are just here for free money.
0 rating even would be enough for this gp so bad experience with the staff so arrogant everyone here. Doesn’t have any sense of talking. If you ask them them to make appointments they will make false notes in compliments, don’t even want to listen to people. I would never prefer this to anyone
