I was born and raised in the great state of Texas and never in my born days have I ever seen a brisket made a mess of. You slice brisket no pull it. I smoke a really good brisket old school texas style. Have seen anyone bbq place in bakersfield that could beat it. And all the other sides are just mediocre. For the price of 55 dollars to feed 3 people. Not worth your money.
My dad said he likes the green beans from there. He went all the way out there to get green beans and a side of BBQ sauce for his meal at home. He got home and found he had been given a side of BBQ sauce and *coleslaw*. No green beans. His order got messed up the last time he was there. It's too bad because my parents like the pulled pork and the green beans, but they won't be going back.

Quick service and great food. I recommend the salty special (tri tipand pulled pork sandwhich)
Yes they had good flavor. But my tri-tip was cut with the grain making it a hassle to eat. Was looking for catering purposes, so if this is their product, Well they will not continue much longer. Consistency is what counts.
OMG!!!! Just had my first meal, and it was amazing!!!! I got a chicken rib combo with chili beans. I am defiantly not disappointed! ❤
Nothing like Santa Maria, but they are on the right track. One more strip of meat boys, then we'll see. I didn't come here to buy bread.

We called in an order went and got it, got back to work and were missing a few items. I called and talked to Jeff and he was very helpful, however when my coworker went back to pick up the missing items she was not greeted as nicely as I was on the phone. Again we had to drive all the way back there to get missing items and should not have to be treated like we forgot the items and not you ( Salty's).
