Made a trip to Bakersfield last weekend. Came across this cool looking BBQ Spot & my girlfriend had to stop.. OMG Salty's was the bomb!!! Love the Tri-Tip & Ribs!!! And the Potato Salad & Cole Slaw. Great!!!
Outstanding! Tried the brisket sandwich and the Saltys Special sandwich and both were excellent. The potato salad was good but the Jalapeno Mac n Cheese was amazing! I can't wait to go back when in town. I loved the outdoor simplicity and the crew was very informative and willing to show us what was on the grill for later. I loved it.
I picked up 1 1/2 lbs of the pulled pork. My favorite. Quick and easy dinner that made us all happy.
I go there on Rosedale. I always love their pulled pork sandwiches. Salty's is the best

15 min for sides to cook in the afternoon, out of brisket, tri tip represents the name, Salty. I will give them one more chance and try the ribs. BBQ sauce was good so was the Dr Pepper
I was very impressed with the staff. We arrived prior to opening. They were very polite told us we were more than welcome to have a seat and wait they gave us free drinks while waiting. They allowed me to sample the spicy 🌶 macaroni and cheese 🧀. I enjoyed it so much I ordered it as my side dish with my brisket and rib combo.
