The TriTip was fantastic and totally worth detouring off highway 5 for. Be sure to stop and get the tritip and pulled pork.

I had the beef brisket sandwich, topped it with BBQ sauce and yellow peppers. It was absolutely amazing, so tender and full of flavor. The roll was toasted perfectly. Yummy yummy yummy!
Best BBQ I've had. The brisket chicken meal was fabulous.
