The food was really good, but I had to wait half an hour even though I changed my order because there was a 15 minute wait on chicken. I'm disappointed in the staff; being the only customer waiting inside, I felt they should've checked on my order and kept me posted.
But if you order anything other than pulled pork you better find out if they have it first!!! We ordered chicken and waited over 40 minutes for it..... Really wish they would have told us we would have changed our order. And NO BBQ does not have to have sauce

Great food. ... even better people. My family and I have enjoyed everything we have eaten here... a local legend for very good reason.
Best tri-tip ever! Although the white lane does something different to theirs and its not nearly as good as the Rosedale location. Love the food!
Best BBQ in Bakersfield! The chicken is so flavorful and juicy with a nice smokey taste. I'm coming back on my cheat day for their brisket sandwich!
Over priced and under cooked. I wasn't impressed with my first visit. Going elsewhere
