We had a great experience at Old Mill Court in Brixham. Excellent service from the Saltwater team—super responsive, friendly, and professional throughout. The stay was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend and we’ll certainly be back.
Untrustworthy liars. Never have I/we been blamed for things we haven’t done in order to keep our deposit from any holiday property’s. Robbed us of £200 “damage deposit” for damage we didn’t do & braking rules we didn’t brake. “Red wine stains” “dog hairs & poo” “dirty bedding” “rule breaking” “didn’t tell them we had a dog” Didn’t drink red wine or anything of that sort, didn’t see such thing when we cleaned the property and checked before leaving. King Quay Apartment 1 - Booking and communication was great from start to finish. The apartment was in a fabulous position and so clean and comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of everything we needed. Welcome pack was a nice touch too. Fabulous views from the living room and bedrooms. It was worth paying for the parking spot on the quay which was a bonus. We had a wonderful stay.
We really loved this apartment, situated high on a hilltop, with state-of-the-art kitchen, spacious rooms, and a wide terrace overlooking the bay. Everything is of high-quality standard and excellently maintained. Thanks, Nick! Highlights for us were our visits to nearby Totnes (we kept going back) with its individual craft and art shops, Friday market, and 11th century Norman fort, all surrounded by hills and vales.
