I have sold my house with the help of Saltsman & Co and despite all the complications that arose Trish resolved them with effortless skill, Trish was always available and made the whole process painless.
We sold our house with Saltsman. Cindy was our go to lady. Cindy made the whole process smooth. I never felt I couldn’t ring up to be fobbed off she went beyond her role. Terrible company to deal with when renting. Saltsman constantly refuse to have works done on the properties they are meant to manage. From a broken washing machine waste pipe, leaking gutters to the boiler not working Saltsman refuse to undertake repairs leaving a good paying tenant freezing with no hot water or heating.
