Spoke with a staff member regarding a viewing, absolutely unprofessional. She spoke to me in a rude manner and even hung up the phone on me. In the end I dealt with the seller directly who showed me around the house and expressed her concern as she noted I was visibly upset. As a result of my experience I have no intention of working with this estate agency ever again due to the level of customer service demonstrated by this staff member.

I have sold my house with the help of Saltsman & Co and despite all the complications that arose Trish resolved them with effortless skill, Trish was always available and made the whole process painless.
We sold our house with Saltsman. Cindy was our go to lady. Cindy made the whole process smooth. I never felt I couldn’t ring up to be fobbed off she went beyond her role. Being a local agent was a plus as Cindy has a good knowledge & an insight about the area for buyers wanted to move to the area. Thank you Cindy for helping us every step of the way.
