Scaffolding up in our building since beginning November 2024!!! No works being done...no one to communicate with.Its a health and safety issue...an eye sore...people thinking the building is derelict! Very distressing for leaseholders living here.

Salter Rex is the go to estate agent in Kentish Town. I made the mistake of believing the sales pitch of other larger firms, but experience showed me they did not really understand the local market and I switched to work with Folco at Salter Rex.
