What a game changer. Mood resetter, body relaxer, ache taker awayer and then some. Miriam thank you for bringing this to us. Also thank you for Boris. This shall be my monthly treat. If I could give this 100 stars I would!
The most relaxing experience. I have trouble with lower back pain and within one session, this has gone. I was able to go to my normal kettlebells class with no back pain and leave, still, with no back pain. Such a calming environment to destress and relax and Miriam is so kind and knowledgable. Looking forward to the next float!
