Michelle is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure every concern is addressed. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate high quality care that is centered around you.
Very disappointed with this practice. After an ER visit, the patient was instructed to follow up with her PCP and have a CT scan done due to X-ray revealing a mass in her lungs. A referral was needed, and the office repeatedly stated that the referral had been sent when it had not. Unfortunately, the delay in getting the imaging completed resulted in valuable time being lost. The CT ultimately revealed cancer. She sadly passed away, and it is heartbreaking to think that earlier follow-up may have made a difference. Better co... read more
