I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this place. It's horrible. I arrived at my appointment on time and had to wait 30 minutes to finally get the process started. I asked to get my nails filled and she didn't even get the shape correctly. They came out slanted. I told her to fix it and they were still slanted. They barley have any nail polishes at their store and the ones that they do have look old. Then she started doing my toe nails and she did a worse job!! I made an appointment using Groupon. All employees arrived late and began to whine at the fact that there was already a client waiting. The first employee arrived 5 minutes late, the second employee arrived 10 minutes late, mind you that none of these 2 employees introduced themselves to me. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to get prepared and their station ready. At 33 minutes later, my pedicure began.
