So imagine being at a cruise terminal with a grandchild and not being allowed to board because the consent to travel, signed by mum, was not notarised. Then add it’s a bank holiday Saturday and the stress is palpable. With 2 hours to departure, Sally did everything, went above and beyond, to get that consent motorised. In the words of an old add, Sally took the drama out of a crisis. This is a public shout out and thanks from us all.

Absolutely delighted - got the job done superbly and efficiently. Very friendly, full of advice about the purpose for me needing the notarised IDs - communication beforehand about what I needed to bring was excellent and allayed some fears I had when I had a printer issue! Thank you Sally!

Absolutely excellent service by Ms Ashkenazi. I had a fairly complex case, requiring a POA abroad, and was very new to legal proceedings. She took the time to carefully advise and explain any questions and difficulty understanding that I had, making sure everything was crystal clear to me. She took great care with every aspect of the POA, and the process went smoothly and efficiently. The highest standard of professionalism - highly recommended.

Sally quickly and efficiently arranged for our marriage certificate to be apostilled to support with my dependent visa application to move to Malaysia with my husband.
