I had a Salford council flat in Trinity before Salix got the contract. In twenty years never had my windows cleaned.
Not perfect by any stretch but these guys work hard and do the best they can staff are always friendly and polite and go the extra mile.

I had antisocial problems wits vagrants junkies living on the communal stairwell when I moved in the block in 2006. Last week early in the morning as I was going to my to sort my work out, a junkie was comatose on the concrete first floor landing. I had to get an ambulance. The gate are just kicked off. My review is specifically for Caroline, who works at Salix Homes. She helped me and my partner last year when we we experienced anti- social behaviour from one of their neighbours. She made me feel heard and was always available to contact. It was a really stressful time, and she helped a lot. Caroline is a credit to the company.
Not even worth a star, little to no communication, weeks or mouths for basic repairs like a leaking tap 8-12 week before I filed a complaint.
