do these people ever answer the phone ? tried to call a few times and just on hold all the time listening to that stupid automated music (so annoying!!!)
Dr Glenn Seale was excellent. I wasn't getting anywhere with my own doctor and suffered for three days. Dr Glenn saw me within minutes of entering the walk-in centre. He listened to me, checked my symptoms and prescribed medication that quickly helped me feel better. We are lucky to have such a great medical service in the centre of Salisbury, with such kind professional staff.
Seen relatively quickly after a 40 minute wait, however I remain disappointed by the service I received. No parking on site which made the whole process very difficult! When I was seen the doctor was rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I felt rushed in my consultation and was unhappy with the outcome and advice. This centre needs to look at their parking and the bedside manner of their staff!
Visited the walk-in centre after an accident. Very happy with the service I received: very friendly and efficient. Thank you!
