The worst customer service I have ever seen. I got a call to do a blood test after a long shift I came to do the blood test waited me for nearly 30 mins after that, one of the receptionist told me you don't have any appointments, I said I had a call and the msg aswell that I am booked, she said no you don't have any appointments and I don't why they have rang you, when I say ok that's fine. she called me from behind said; excuse me people are making mistakes you shouldn't lose your attitude while I did not said anything to h... read more
A family member attending this surgery was not diagnosed with any condition because it wasnt checked for, so it gradually got worse and went in hospital. Now out she feels like she is not listened to and now decided to move surgery, not recommended!!!
Very helpful and given us very good service.
I needed an emergency prescription for some painkillers for my gout. Salisbury practice were able to facilitate this late request late in the day before the Easter bank holiday weekend. Many thanks especially to the reception/admin team and the GP.
