Some doctors are okay, others are horribly rude and insensitive, don't care about you at all. It doesn't matter what you do, they will try not to give you an appointment. Call at 8:00 on the dot, on hold 45 minutes, they'll say they have no appointments left. Turn up in person, they'll tell you they have no appointments left without even looking at their screen. What's the point in a GP that can't see you?
The receptionist, Chloe, is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and caring. I truly hope she gets a well-deserved pay rise—it's rare to come across a receptionist as dedicated and compassionate as her.
Dr Patel was exceptionally friendly and professional – truly one of the best GPs I’ve ever seen. He not only took the time to listen carefully and address my immediate concern, but also asked thoughtful questions about my general health and well-being. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed or overlooked. His calm manner, attention to detail, and clear explanations made the whole experience reassuring. I left feeling confident and well looked after.
Terrible doctors, unprofessional receptionists. Takes months for an appointment. I had an ultrasound 9 weeks ago and still do not have MY results! Don't deserve 1 star constantly telling me to call back at 8 am. Absolute joke to say the least!!
