Patient had allergic reaction to sheets on day one. Four days later they sent him home with nothing to address the issue! The skin rash is still red like he just got the reaction. Did they continue to give him the same sheets? It is all over his back, down his leg and causes more pain than the surgery. The second thing that bothered me was that they brought him his dinner and before he could eat it they closed the lights on him. Since he couldn’t move much he either had to eat in the dark or not eat.

Awful communication in between the staff. Cardiac unit doesnt communicate at all and our family suffers their mistakes. Charge nurse and other nurses very unprofesional.

Sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2hrs waiting to hear how a surgery went (it was supposed to take 1 1/2hrs). Finally started inquiring...asked the lady that originally directed me into preop..she directed me to concierge who directed me to a completely different waiting area! Apparently surgery had been done for 45min, and since I was not in this other waiting area, I didn't get to talk to the dr and he left for the day! Top it off, no one seemed to care! This is messed up!

Everyone is nice and very professional. I don’t like to go but they make you feel very comfortable.
