Would like to see some old pictures from the 60's of SVHM and it's staff.
The receptionist at memorial hospital has no customer service skills she rude. Her name is Renee and she thinks she owns the hospital. Memorial should train the employees on how to treat customers not be rude. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

I recently went to the emergency room with a dislocated knee and I was in excruciating pain. The doctors and nurses who took care of me were amazing! Luckily, I didn’t fracture anything, and it could have been so much more serious. I’m in a stabilizer and crutches now, but I’m feeling much better!!

I had a successful surgery and the staff from the start to end was fantastic! I stayed overnight in the pediatric ward and was so comfortable with a TV that had beautiful landscapes to look at and soothing sounds. The nurses were very attentive, nice and made me feel special especially the RN, Lisa. Thank you all so very much. This has been my best experience in a medical facility!
