Your ER staff is completely unprofessional and if I could go back to Wednesday evening (4/4/18) I would retrieve the names of the nurses that were gossiping and laughing about an elderly patient and report you. It’s a shame that this hospital is not what it use to be and isn’t staffed with professionals that received a quality education and know how to treat patients, especially the elderly.

We are so grateful for the Interventional Radiologist doctors and nurses who are so great at what at what they do !! Hats off to Dr. Caci and and all the great nurses who made our day special given the circumstances !!

Pretty disappointed in the service this weekend. When I arrived to the E.R I had to wait for hours in the hall along with other sick patients. Asked personal information next to other patients. All that information should be discussed in a private room not for all ears to hear. I don't want everyone knowing my address, SSN, and other personal information. Then I was placed in a room with a bed with no sheets, then I was told I would have to go back and wait in the hall because there was someone coming in with an ambulance. A... read more
