Michael Sandelin always does a great job getting our vehicles serviced quickly and efficiently. Couldn't get spray to go onto my windshield; I had not been able to diagnose the problem. Mike found a critter had chewed through the line, and repaired. Great service.

A pair of expensive sunglasses went missing out of my vehicle while it was at Vandergriff Toyota for service. I never take these particular glasses out of the car, so it's very unlikely that I lost them elsewhere. Initially the dealership was unsympathetic, but eventually they did reach out to me and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Recently relocated to the Seattle area and had to do some long-distance car shopping prior to moving. Ultimately didn't buy the car from Burien, but I did have a really good experience working with them online.
