A big thank you to the receptionist i spoke to when i was having a nightmare with medication and 'pharmacist' Beth sorted the confusion and stress out for me in a lovely polite and professional manner how all NHS staff should be.
Never a hassle with this GP. But a special mention to Lauren. Always bubbly and sweet. I hate ringing and going to the doctors and it’s all daunting for me but she’s always helpful, polite and makes the doctors a less terrifying experience.
