These guys will lock you into a self renewing contract that can only be canceled by certified letter one moth before the end of the current service period. Stay away! Total scam.

Run and Run Fast! They offer the worst customer service of any provider I have had. They are dishonest and the sales individuals will tell you anything and provide zero assistance. Save your money and look for a different tool. This one has problems and they do not back up the product. Waste of time and I should send them a bill for all the time I have spent trying to get assistance. Trust me....I rarely give bad reviews. Call me ************* ****** ********

I took the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and successfully passed. Now to maintain the certification I have to take a "Maintenance" exam 3 times a year which costs $100 every time you take it. This is a total scam as they are not actually building new functionality into the product, but ripping off their customer base. To anyone considering getting "Certified" with Salesforce, save your money, teach yourself, and avoid this pyramid scheme.

On June 7, 2017 War Tribe Gear signed a contract with Sales Force under false pretenses. After an extensive presentation of your product by ******* ****** and **** *********, specific questions were asked regarding the product. The answers to these questions were misleading and some cases were completely false. These questions are as follows: Questions #1 – Is the process of integrating Sales Force into Woo Commerce an easy process? Answer: Woo Commerce is the most common platform that Sales Force is integrated into. Integra... read more

I tried for 60 days to obtain a "10 free licenses" as a nonprofit organization (the "********* ******* ****"). I submitted 2 cases through the Salesforce.*** website, and was told to e-mail someone to get help. When I followed the advice, I never heard back from Salesforce. I called to get help, and they passed me around in a big circle, always telling me I needed to e-mail or speak to someone else. When I would follow THOSE instructions, I was promptly ignored again. I never did successfully obtain the "free licenses". Afte... read more

We were wary about going with such a robust program for our small but fast growing company. They promised all kinds of help and support before we purchased, but then all the help that was offered after purchase were videos or FAQs. It was like trying to create your own database from scratch and we are not programmers. Then when I tried to cancel the contract after 6 months because it was a full-time job to get it usable, they refused and threatened to send us to collections.

We used Salesforce for one year. I am at the beginning of the next year and wish to cancel. They will not allow me to cancel and are sending our account to collections for the entire amount of the year that hasn't happened yet. Please stay away from this company. Our account manager changed 5 times throughout the first year. I guessing those people moved on after growing a conscience.

We have been Salesforce customers for five years. The employee that signed us up for Salesforce left our company, and the auto renew invoice was sent to the former employee's email address. No one from my company ever received it. We were immediately sent to collections. I no longer want to continue our service with SalesForce. No one cares about my complaints, and after being a 5 year customer, all SalesForces cares about is collecting their money and they treat us as just another number. The customer service is horrible. I... read more

Agree with the incompetence detailed in multiple complaints. I've been a SFDC user through various organizations for over 7 years, and recently decided to get my own license as an individual (complete out of pocket expense) - upgrading from a Developer account which required a migration. I signed the Professional contract on 21 DEC in good faith, not realizing several implementation challenges starting from the org/invoice name being incorrect. I believe this is wholly from the disjointedness of the process and throwing in... read more
