Sales force are political bigots. They police freedom of speech and target conservatives. Their political bias is Anti-American & they should be shut down. Do not do business with these political bigots.
It's too bad we can't all meet each other. I wish I had read these comments before I subscribed. Now, I'm locked for the year and lost my money. I am contacting my attorney to ensure I end the subscription properly, otherwise they may continue to charge me after the year is up. I am sorry this happened to all of you and that you survived it. No wonder they are not certified by BBB. They could not possibly have good reviews. They are sneaky, unethical, greedy and ineffective.
Our company invested in the Salesforce CRM just over three years ago, and it has helped boost our sales teams’ productivity and improve our internal sales processes. Wrost customer service and buy professional and cpq does not allow to login no customer service just stole money
Absolute WORST program. They don't care about customers at all. We had numerous technical difficulties and all they ever do is send you to someone in India who barely speaks English. Nobody helps you. They just pass you from one rep to another and nobody ever helps. We got so fed up, we cancelled our contract and signed on with monday***** They're a MUCH better program. Beware of Salesforce. They are terrible.
Took forever setting up our service, tons of complications on their end not ours. Once we finally figured it out we had unfortunately decided to close up shop. They still kept our whole year payment and provided literally one week of actual service. DO NOT PAY A YEAR UP FRONT!
KEEP AWAY FROM SALESFORCE AT ALL COST! They have a trick: the salerep. comes with a subcontractor he recommends and they promise to transfer your *** to Salesforce. You then sign with both of them separately. Quickly you understand that the subcontractor is not competent and that he will never be able to transfer your *** although you've already paid him a lot. Total disrespect for their customers! Our contract with SalesForce had expired, and we were not going to renew it, as it did not suit our needs. They were not able to "Auto-renew" as the credit card number they had on file was no longer valid. We also had a changeover in staff, and had a new admin person, who was not familiar with the company, but was concerned with the strong message from an email that came to her. My experience is the same as others. Negotiating a contract with a sales rep from ********** that promised us the world but come to find out, our cost to finish the product would be over $50,000 additional! We purchased ********** for one year, but was told by our rep that five years would lock us in a lower rate because ********** was aggressively increasing prices, to a small business like ours, that quarterly saving was good.
