After not using SalesFarce for over 6 months, we asked to cancel. The good news is we received a professional response from SalesFarce. In that they refused to honor our request to cancel. Such practice is not in line with putting the customer first. This is an example how big business grinds on small business.
Salesforce has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They overcharged by account by $850 and are non responsive when I email them regarding it. I have messaged them 5 times over 2 weeks with absolutely no response.

Salesforce was responsible for millions of dollars of data that was hacked out of our CRM. Not only did they ignore the issue and say it was not their fault, but they had the audacity to keep trying to **** us after moving our entire CRM database elsewhere. Overpriced and there needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company.
Worst software service Ive ever experienced. Strict with user access and way overpriced. **************** is awful. We emailed to cancel and they said it was too late and that we owed for a full year. They could see that we hadnt logged in for months, yet refused to drop the ****. They now have an extremely aggressive collection company hounding us and refusing to make a deal of any kind. Salesforce is the worst CRM system you could try. Don't do it. There are plenty of other alternatives out there, including building your own. Their sales reps for SMB have to be the most incompetent people on earth. Furthermore, they match you up with an implementation company who is equally incompetent. Whatever you do, don't get Pardot or lightening dialer. We just finished our first year with an incomplete system with finally going live in January. I woke up this morning to over 2000 emails in my Gmail account's inbox. ALL are from Salesforce's network with an IP address of 13.111.103.70. The malicious email attack has not stopped and now the emails are over 6000 - and the day is far from over. Any attempts to contact anyone is impossible. All of their tech support is from India and they actually laughed at the issue. Their online chat was rude and the person promptly disconnected. Salesforce.com sends unwanted emails (lots of them) that cannot easily be unsubscribed. The bottom of the screen is a dark blue background with lettering so close to to the blue color that it cannot read. If you do click on what appears to be a hyperlink you get garbage and if you do get to their privacy policy page it tells you that unsubscribe will not stop other emails associated with their site. I think this is a ****.
