This is my first Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase. Sergio and the folks at Salerno came highly recommended. There was no haggling, there was no pressure, and Sergio was very friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth, as was his manager Dean. After reviewing several options, I test drove their only Limited that had a Hemi engine and I was sold. From beginning to end it was an absolute pleasure to work with Sergio and everyone at Salerno. I'll be back.

Unfortunately, I need to update my review. A month after purchasing the vehicle, due to the oil filter not being installed properly, almost all of the oil drained from the car. Salerno's service department was very slow in replying. Eventually they offered to reimburse me for a new filter, but when I sent the receipt they never did, despite repeated calls. I purchased a 2014 Acura MDX from John and Alexa and had a great experience. Very personable. No pressure. Great vehicle and fairly priced!!
