Sales group is good, service is very difficult to work with. Weeks and weeks before a loaner is available. Even if your car is disabled and under warranty, you still wait weeks.
I️ purchased my first Jeep. My experience was exceptional. Henry was my salesman and he was professional and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and I️ felt that there was no nickel and dimming me. Hassle free negotiation and no going back and forth to management, Dave Smith is the finance manager. He was professional and upfront honest about what my options were and stayed within my budget. I️ highly recommend them and will never go to any other Chrysler /Jeep dealership.

Body shop did a great job with my Jeep recently when I had to bring it in for a new windshield. Their team worked off of pictures I sent them from my phone to expedite the specialty glass order, replaced the next day and had it back in no time.
