Bill Bisson was the salesman I felt with and his service was immaculate. He sold me a 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona and I’m in love with the car. Great family owned and operated delearship. We were treated in a timely and very personable and respectful manner. We met all the leadership of the delearship and were even given the owner's cell phone in case of issues. The salesperson sat with us and explained and setup all the car's electronic feautures for us even though the stand was already closed. Overall, exceptional service. We leased a car from them and hope to be back in 3 years for another.
This dealership is so unorganized, I bought my vehicle over 2 months ago and I still haven’t seen my title. The salesman was great but every other aspect of the transaction has been a train wreck. I traded in a car valued higher than the vehicle I traded for so they owed me the difference, it took over a month to receive payment because they sent the check to the wrong address. Next came the plates and registration, again sent to the wrong address and I had to make several phone calls and finally they sent them to me FedEx. ... read more
I’ve gotten both of my Jeep Compass, and Jeep Grand Cherokee at Salerno Duane Summit, and the experience is always wonderful and easy! Highly recommend them. The manager Sal is amazing as well as instrumental in getting me the best deal possible! Henry, and Matt were both extremely knowledgeable sales and leasing consultants. They all have made this is easiest process, and I cannot thank them enough for getting me into my dream car!!

Terrible dealership!! They sold me a brand new Jeep that is defective and will do NOTHING to help me. They claim “it’s a Chrysler issue”. 0 Stars plain and simple. $49,000 truck and it looks like the doors were put on in a body shop. Make sure your doors line up correctly!! Chrysler rep claimed it was “within specs” but could not provide what these specs are. Your entire lot is full of these defective trucks. Buyer beware! Pay attention to the distance between the doors and fenders!
