Sergio deserves every star he could get. He went above and beyond to get what I wanted. Like most people I was hesitant about going car shopping because the salesmen are like vultures, pushy and insistent. Not Sergio he said down with we told him out budget and he said he'll make I work and he did. Great experience to buy my jeep there! Also The body shop is awesome they took control when I had an accident. I didn't have to worry about a thing! they did a fabulous job working on it.

Worst service department. Waited over a month for appt and on the day I brought it in, you had my car 4.5 hours before calling to tell me you couldn't get to it and could I leave it another day. Losing my car for one day is manageable, I am lucky to have good friends to help me out, but two day is unacceptable--how about offering me a loaner car?? Will definitely go elsewhere for service in the future.
One of the worst dealerships. Unethical bullys and I would highly recommend not to purchase from them.
Don't know about them but Jeeps are in my opinion are the best vehincle on the road especially for bad weather Thompson Jeep her has good service to those who complain about parts they are not always a viable when you think they shold be iam waiting on recall parts this is my fourth Jeep third grand cherokee love them
This is the worst service center that we have ever dealt with. They had our car for over 10 hours at an appointment time that they picked. When we went to pick up the car, they didn't even do any work. They claimed that they called us to say that they couldn't do the work, but since they "couldn't" reach us, they did nothing.
