I had a problem with my electric (battery). I phoned the shop thay asked if I wanted a home visit. I said no, I can bring the blind and battery pack to you. Great less than working day problem solved. It turned out the battery pack was defective. Verry, Happy chappy. I thought it was the motor. £43 later, new battery pack and charger. Well done, Billy and the team at Sal Blinds 5* service.
