Sushi was great but it took over an hour to get and had to enquirer. It was Father’s Day so crowds and wait times are expected but that was a bit much on top of poor service.

We LOVE this quaint little Japanese Restaurant, on Indy’s northeast side!! We have been patrons for 25+ years! The quality of great food and excellent service, has NEVER changed! The Sushi is always FRESH and delicious, as is the tempura, and any other dinners! My favorite is the Negamiyaki Special dinner!! My daughter is now a young adult, bringing her friends and family here!! We hope and pray, it stays as GREAT as it’s always been!! Much Love, The Bells!
Great place. I've been going there since the late 80's and early 90's. I eventually became a sushi chef and even opened my own sushi bar and I've had Japanese food all over the world and I've still never had a Japanese dish better than Sakura's Ika Teriyaki. It's so succulent and tender. Amazing and I'm so happy to see this place going strong. It's been a part of my life from middle school to a middle aged man.
I have been going there for over 15 years. Love the food and the staff. The staff are a group of amazing ladies working together to give you a great dinning experience. I have ordered almost everything on the manue and it all has been delicious! Nothing like going to a restaurant that makes you feel so happy you come. The sushi 🍣 is always fresh and the food is amazingly presented.
