nothing but a bunch of Mickey mouse doctor with Crayola written degrees. God forbid you are in horrible pain and all they give you is Tylenol! I would rather go all the way to st. Margaret's then come here again. the bedside manner is horrible, they call every person in pain a drug addict. they have tried killing me with sulfa drugs when it's on my allergies list. very unprofessional! uncaring! rude! and I will not come back. if you are smart and actually care about your health don't come here! this is the sink in the room. ... read more
RecommendedThese people will take care of you they are real heros that saves lives. My mom and dad was in this hospital my mon had problems with her colon and she was dehydrated so they treated her with I V. They also scanned and process her to make sure she was healthy and good to come home and she was.
these people are by far the utmost unprofessional people in there field I have ever encountered! I strongly do not recommend going anywhere near them. They seem to have an issue obtaining medication,keeping appointments and treating there patients as humans not cogs in a wheel. I will never, under any circumstance go back.
My fiance just had surgery this morning which went wonderfully because her Dr is an amazing surgeon and a very compassionate human. We are now on the 3rd floor and I have never seen a more non compassionate, unprofessional, and miserable group of nurses in my life. Maybe they should start teaching personal interaction skills on top of nursing school. These nurses have caused my fiance more pain in an hour than the entire 4 hr surgery caused her. I will see to it that this gets the attention it needs.

Recommendedwe had our baby at 29 weeks. My wife was admitted here when she tried to give birth at 24 weeks, the nurses, staff, and doctors cared for my wife and made her feel at home. Best care I've seen anywhere. We where able to take maternity pictures in their Winter room with the help from the cafateria staff.
RecommendedI had the greatest experience at west penn. I couldn’t be more thankful for all the nurses, doctors, residents, students and, aides help and support with everything. They coached me. Praised me. Helped me. Answered all my questions. I recommend this hospital for anything I’m so happy I delivered here... picture of our blessing
