My daughter had a rattling, horrible cough. She’d gasp for air and lose her breath. (She’s 3 months old) of course I was concerned. I work at a hospital. With that being said I wanted to make sure she didn’t contract Rsv or whooping cough somehow. Anyways they were extremely rude. The nurse scolded me for checking the time “NO cellphones” which there were no signs posted for that so i can’t respect a rule I didn’t know was being enforced, plus I don’t need to be yelled at I’m not 12. Thank you.... I was in and out in just under a hour...
Sat here sick for 45 minutes waiting to be seen to find out they started having "issues" with UPMC insurance 3 or 4 weeks ago. A sign on the door would have been nice.... or checking me in sooner. Ridiculous :(
